18-4-51. Continuing garnishment of support.

  1. (a)

    In addition to garnishment proceedings otherwise available under this chapter, in all cases when a judgment was obtained or is being enforced, a plaintiff shall be entitled to the process of continuing garnishment for support against any garnishee who is an employer of the defendant against whom the judgment has been obtained.#

  2. (b)

    Unless otherwise specifically provided in this article, Articles 1 and 2 of this chapter shall apply to this article.#
