20-2-985. Professional Standards Commission — Selection of chairman; calling of meetings; quorum; minutes; annual report.

(a)
The Governor shall annually select a chairman from the membership of the commission. Meetings shall be held at the call of the chairman or upon the request in writing of a majority of the commission. A majority of such quorum shall have authority to act upon any matter properly brought before the commission.#
(b)
The commission shall keep minutes of its meetings and make an annual written report available for inspection.#
