20-4-13. Meetings.

  1. The State Board of the Technical College System of Georgia shall meet monthly; provided, however, that the board may suspend up to two such meetings per year depending upon the press of business. Additional meetings may be called by the chairperson or at the request of three or more of the members. The State Board of the Technical College System of Georgia shall adopt procedures for the conduct of its activities.
