22-2-84. Entry of notice and award on minutes of court; payment of costs.

  1. In all cases, the clerk shall enter the notice and award thereon upon the minutes of the court, and the condemnor shall pay:

  2. (1)

    The assessors’ costs as provided in Code Section 22-2-40; and#

  3. (2)

    Other costs as provided by law in civil cases in the superior court.#

  4. The condemnee shall pay the assessors’ costs as provided in Code Section 22-2-40.
