25-7-5. Responsibilities of superintendent of academy.

  1. The superintendent of the Georgia Fire Academy shall be responsible for the selection of a staff. He shall also be responsible for the execution of all policies, programs, directives, and decisions promulgated by the Board of Public Safety and for the direction of the staff and the daily operation of the academy.
