26-5-16. Applicability of “Georgia Administrative Procedure Act.”

  1. The promulgation of rules and regulations, the conduct of administrative hearings, and judicial review of the department’s actions shall be subject to Chapter 13 of Title 50, the “Georgia Administrative Procedure Act.”
