28-5-23. Review of budget requests.

  1. The fiscal affairs subcommittee of each house shall have the authority to review the budget requests of the various departments, bureaus, boards, commissions, institutions, and other state agencies at any time; and the Office of Planning and Budget, the state auditor, and each such department, bureau, board, commission, institute, and other state agency shall promptly furnish to such subcommittees, or either of them, all information requested by them, or by either of them.
