29-7-17. Application of other laws; right to appeal.

  1. Except where inconsistent with this chapter, the general guardianship and conservatorship laws of this state and the laws establishing the practice in such matters, including the rights of appeal, shall be applicable to wards and their estates governed by this chapter.
