32-1-6. Effect of Code Sections 32-1-4 and 32-1-5 on other laws.

  1. Nothing in Code Sections 32-1-4 and 32-1-5 shall limit any statutory or common-law right of the state to punish any person or corporation for the violation of any provision of any law.
