32-10-66. Duty of authority to prescribe rules and regulations for projects generally.

  1. It shall be the duty of the authority to prescribe rules and regulations as approved by the department for the operation of each project constructed under this article, including rules and regulations to ensure maximum use of such project. The authority is authorized to promulgate such rules and regulations for the use and occupancy of the project as may be necessary and proper for the public’s safety and convenience, for the preservation of its property, and for the collection of tolls.
