33-5-20. Short title.

This article shall be known and may be cited as ‘‘The Surplus Line Insurance Law.’’

Code 1933, § 56-613, enacted by Ga. L. 1960, p. 289, § 1; Ga. L. 2020, p. 493, § 33/SB 429. The 2020 amendment, effective July 29, 2020, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, substituted ‘‘shall be known and may be cited as’’ for ‘‘shall constitute and may be referred to as’’ in this Code section.
