34-9-51. Payment by state of traveling expenses of members, administrative law judges, and assistants.

  1. The members, administrative law judges, and assistants of the State Board of Workers’ Compensation shall be entitled to receive their actual and necessary expenses while traveling on the business of the board, either within or without the State of Georgia, but the expenses shall be sworn to by such person incurring them and shall be approved by the chairman or his designee before payment is made.
