35-9-10. Special policemen subject to rules and regulations of appointing authority.

  1. Every special policeman appointed under Code Sections 35-9-2 through 35-9-9, this Code section, and Code Sections 35-9-11 and 35-9-12 shall at all times be subject to the rules and regulations of the appointing authority and to the supervision and control of such person or persons as the Governor of this state may from time to time designate.
