36-32-24. Election of chairman and vice-chairman; secretary; quorum; minutes; annual report.

  1. (a)

    A chairman and vice-chairman shall be elected at the first meeting of each calendar year.#

  2. (b)

    The director of the Administrative Office of the Courts or his designee shall serve as secretary to the council.#

  3. (c)

    A simple majority of the members of the council shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.#

  4. (d)

    The council shall maintain minutes of its meetings and such other records as it deems necessary.#

  5. (e)

    The council shall report at least annually to the Governor and to the General Assembly as to its activities.#
