36-80-9. Promulgation of rules and regulations for consolidated programs; requirement of submission of plans and reports.

  1. The state and its agencies are authorized to prescribe such reasonable rules, regulations, and requirements and to require the submission of such plans and reports from the participating units as may be deemed necessary or desirable to the proper administration of Code Sections 36-80-6 through 36-80-8 and this Code section.
