36-82-60. Short title.

  1. This article shall be known and may be cited as the “Revenue Bond Law.”

Amendments

The 2025 amendment, effective July 1, 2025, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, inserted “shall be known” near the beginning of this Code section.
