37-1-116. Abolishment and termination.

  1. The commission shall be abolished and this article shall stand repealed on December 31, 2026.

Amendments

The 2022 amendment, effective July 1, 2022, substituted “June 30, 2025” for “June 30, 2023”. The 2025 amendment, effective May 14, 2025, substituted “December 31, 2026” for “June 30, 2025” at the end of this Code section.
