37-13-1. Definitions.

As used in this article, the term:
- (1)
“Community living arrangement” means a group home that serves up to four individuals with a developmental disability who require intense levels of residential support and which services are financially supported, in whole or in part, by funds authorized through the department and provides a range of interventions that focuses on training and support in one or more of the following areas:#
- (2)
“License” means the official permit issued by the department which authorizes the holder to operate a community living arrangement for the term provided therein.#
- (3)
“Licensee” means any person holding a license issued by the department under this article.#
