4-11-34. Powers and duties of Commissioner.

  1. For purposes of enforcing the provisions of this article, the Commissioner:

  2. (1)

    May investigate any offense under this article;#

  3. (2)

    May seek the assistance of any law enforcement agency of the United States, the state, or any local government in the conduct of such investigations; and#

  4. (3)

    Shall coordinate such investigation, to the maximum extent practicable, with the investigations of any law enforcement agency of the United States, the state, or any local government.#
