40-16-1. Definitions.

  1. As used in this chapter, the term:

    ‘‘Board’’ means the Board of Driver Services.#

  3. (2)

    ‘‘Commissioner’’ means the commissioner of driver services.#

  4. (3)

    ‘‘Department’’ means the Department of Driver Services.#
