40-2-50. Definitions.

  1. As used in this article, the term:

  2. (1)

    “Fleet” means 100 or more motor vehicles or trailers.#

  3. (2)

    “Fleet registration plan” means the method of registering the motor vehicles of a fleet as provided in this article.#

Amendments

The 2024 amendment, effective April 22, 2024, in paragraph (1), added “or trailers” at the end.

Code Commission notes

Pursuant to Code Section 28-9-5, in 1998, the subsection (a) designation was deleted and a period was substituted for “; and” at the end of paragraph (1).
