43-18-74. Transferability of licenses.

Licenses for funeral establishments, organic human reduction facilities, or crematories shall be issued to such establishments, facilities, or crematories at their location at the time of issuance. Such license shall not be transferable to another location of any such establishment, facility, or crematory.

Amendments

The 2025 amendment, effective July 1, 2025, inserted “, organic human reduction facilities,” near the beginning, substituted “such establishments, facilities, or crematories” for “such enterprises”, and added “of any such establishment, facility, or crematory” at the end.
