43-19-20. Requirement that state and subdivisions contract only with registered geologists.

  1. This state and its political subdivisions, such as a county, a municipality, or a legally constituted board, district, commission, or authority, shall contract for geological services only with persons registered under this chapter or with a firm employing a registered geologist.
