43-20-15. Continuing education requirement.

  1. (a)

    As a prerequisite for the renewal of a dispenser’s license on or before December 31, 2015, the individual must provide proof to the board that such individual has successfully completed 14 hours of continuing education in a program approved by the board.#

  2. (b)

    As a prerequisite for the renewal of a dispenser’s license on or after January 1, 2016, the individual must provide proof to the board that such individual has successfully completed 20 hours of continuing education in a program approved by the board.#

  3. (c)

    The board may promulgate such rules and regulations as are necessary to implement the continuing education requirement.#
