43-26-13. Certain information given to the board by licensees; references to rural hospital organizations.

  1. (a)

    A licensee may, in lieu of providing his or her home address, provide the board a legitimate business address for purposes of the public information made available by the board with regard to licensed registered professional nurses.#

  2. (b)

    Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, any reference to a rural hospital organization in this chapter shall also include any hospital located in any county that satisfies the definition of rural hospital organization in Code Section 31-8-9.1.#

The 2024 amendment, effective July 1, 2024, designated the existing provisions of this Code section as subsection (a) and added subsection (b).
