43-34A-8. Deadline for physician profiles; promulgation of chapter regulations.

  1. (a)

    The board shall have profiles ready and be able to respond to request for profiles no later than July 1, 2002.#

  2. (b)

    All regulations required under this chapter shall be promulgated by the board by July 1, 2002.#
