43-49-5. Penalty.

  1. Any person, firm, partnership, association, or corporation or any agent or servant thereof who violates this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500.00 or by imprisonment not to exceed 100 days, or both.
