43-4A-11. Penalty for violation.

  1. An athlete agent who violates Code Section 43-4A-14 shall be guilty of a felony and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $5,000.00 nor more than $100,000.00, by imprisonment of one to five years, or both such fine and imprisonment.
