43-5-10. Grounds for denial, suspension, or revocation of licenses.

  1. The board may refuse to issue a license to an applicant or may suspend or revoke the license of any licensee if he has:

  2. (1)

    Been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude, the record of conviction being conclusive evidence of conviction;#

  3. (2)

    Secured the license by fraud or deceit; or#

  4. (3)

    Violated or conspired to violate this chapter or rules and regulations issued pursuant to this chapter.#
