43-7A-6. Unlicensed practice prohibited; penalty.

  1. (a)

    The unlicensed practice of applied behavior analysis is prohibited in this state, except as otherwise provided in Code Section 43-7A-7.#

  2. (b)

    No person shall hold himself or herself out to be a licensed behavior analyst or licensed assistant behavior analyst unless he or she is licensed pursuant to this chapter.#

  3. (c)

    Any person in violation of subsection (a) or (b) of this Code section shall be subject to a fine of $1,000.00 for each violation.#
