44-2-225. Sheriff’s return.

  1. The sheriff’s return should be made substantially in the following form and entered on or attached to the petition:

  2. STATE OF GEORGIA,

  3. COUNTY

  4. I have served copies of the within petition and process, or of the summons in substitute therefor, upon the following persons at the time and in the manner stated, as follows:

  5. I have also gone upon the land and posted in a conspicuous place on the land described herein and upon each separate tract thereof and upon every dwelling house and every building used as a place of business upon said land, a copy of the notice as required by law, and have taken the same into the custody of the court.

  6. The following is the name and post office address of each and every person above the age of 14 years actually occupying the premises:
