44-3-11. Certain waivers in contract void.

  1. Any condition, stipulation, or provision binding any person who enters into a transaction subject to the provisions of this article which waives:

  2. (1)

    Compliance with any provision of this article or of the rules and regulations promulgated under this article;#

  3. (2)

    Any rights provided by this article or by the rules and regulations promulgated under this article; or#

  4. (3)

    Any defenses arising under this article or under the rules and regulations promulgated under this article#

  5. shall be void.
