(a)
Without the written permission of the Governor, it shall be unlawful to display in any manner upon any motor vehicle a sign, tag, or emblem of any fashion purporting to convey the impression that the owner thereof is a member of the Governor’s staff.#
(b)
It shall be unlawful to sell or offer to sell any such sign, tag, or emblem.#
(c)
Any person, firm, or corporation who violates this Code section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.#
