45-12-34. Powers to prevent violence and maintain order — Enforcement of rules and regulations.

  1. The Governor shall have emergency power to call upon the military forces of the state or any other state or county law enforcement agency to enforce the rules and regulations authorized by Code Sections 45-12-29 through 45-12-33.
