45-3-13. Loyalty oath — Form.

  1. The oath prescribed in Code Section 45-3-11 shall be in the following form:

  2. ‘‘I, (Name) a citizen of and being an employee of and the recipient of public funds for services rendered as such employee, do hereby solemnly swear and affirm that I will support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of Georgia.’’
