Ga. L. 2006, p. 699, § 2/SB 285 repealed and reserved these Code sections, effective July 1, 2006. These Code sections related to contracts between railroad companies for common use of tracks within cities, construction and operation of vessels by railroad companies, and appropriation by railroad corporations of public highways, bridges, and ferries.
