As used in this chapter, the term:
(1)
‘‘Board’’ means the Board of Commissioners of the Sheriffs’ Retirement Fund of Georgia.#
(2)
‘‘Fund’’ means the Sheriffs’ Retirement Fund of Georgia.#
(3)
‘‘Member’’ means a member of the Sheriffs’ Retirement Fund of Georgia.#
