48-13-38. Violations of article; penalty.

  1. (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person:#

    1. (1)

      Before beginning the performance of any contract, to fail to register as required by this article;#

    2. (2)

      Before beginning the performance of any contract, to fail to execute the bond required by this article; and#

    3. (3)

      To violate any other provision of this article.#

  2. (b)

    Any person who violates subsection (a) of this Code section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.#
