50-15-3. Expeditious hearing and determination of lawsuits and appeals.

  1. The trial of a public lawsuit, the hearing of any appeal therefrom, and the determination of such lawsuit and appeal shall be advanced by the trial court and by the appellate court respectively, without request of any party, as expeditiously as is reasonably possible.
