50-18-21. Preparation of contract for state reports publication; public inspection.

  1. The reporter, acting upon the advice of the Governor, shall prepare a contract to be awarded every four years, or as the occasion may require, which contract is renewable annually during those four years and provides for the publication of the state reports. This contract shall be on file for public inspection in the offices of the Department of Administrative Services.
