50-25-11. Chapter as supplemental and additional to other powers.

  1. The foregoing Code sections of this chapter shall be deemed to provide an additional and alternative method for the doing of things authorized thereby and shall be regarded as supplemental and additional to powers conferred by the Constitution and laws of the State of Georgia and shall not be regarded as in derogation of any powers now existing.
