50-29-1. Georgia Technology Authority successor in interest to Georgia Information Technology Policy Council.

  1. The Georgia Technology Authority shall be the successor in interest to the Georgia Information Technology Policy Council created by Ga. L. 1995, p. 761, as amended, and all debts, obligations, and liabilities of said council shall become the debts, obligations, and liabilities of said authority.
