6-4-16. Venue and jurisdiction of actions.

  1. Any action to protect or enforce any rights under this chapter and any action pertaining to validation of any bonds issued under this chapter brought in the courts of this state shall be brought in the Superior Court of Fulton County, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction of such actions.
