8-3-152. Definitions.

  1. As used in this article, the term:

  2. (1)

    “Federal government” means the United States of America or any agency or instrumentality, corporate or otherwise, of the United States of America.#

  3. (2)

    “Housing authority” means any housing authority created pursuant to Article 1 of this chapter, the “Housing Authorities Law.”#

  4. (3)

    “Housing project” means any work or undertaking of a housing authority pursuant to Article 1 of this chapter or any similar work or undertaking of the federal government.#

  5. (4)

    “State public body” means any city, county, commission, district, authority, or other subdivision or public body of the state.#
