25 Sen Floor Amend 12 OUT OF ORDER Senator Anderson of the 43rd offered the following amendment #12: Amend the Senate Committee on Education and Youth substitute to HB 127 (LC 61 0259S): by inserting a new subsection (c) at 49 to read as follows: (c) “This subsection prohibits using an applicant relation to a donor of or donation to a postsecondary instituion as a criteria in admissions or employment” and renumbering as follows
