12-3-601. Definitions.

As used in this article, the term:
(1)
‘‘Department’’ means the Department of Natural Resources.#
(2)
‘‘Nongame wildlife’’ means all species of flora and fauna indigenous to Georgia which are not legally taken through hunting, fishing, trapping, or otherwise.#
(3)
‘‘Wildlife’’ means all species of flora and fauna indigenous to Georgia.#
