14-2-1801. Application.

(a)
This chapter shall apply to benefit corporations to the extent not inconsistent with the provisions of this article.#
(b)
Except as expressly provided in this article, this article shall not repeal or modify any statute or rule of law applicable to a corporation that is not a benefit corporation.#
