As used in this article, the term:
(1)
‘‘Commission’’ means the Brain and Spinal Injury Trust Fund Commission created in Code Section 15-21-142.#
(2)
‘‘Trust fund’’ means the Brain and Spinal Injury Trust Fund created by Code Section 15-21-148.#
