20-2B-1. Definitions.

  1. As used in this article, the term:

  2. (1)

    “Board of directors” or “board” means the board of directors of the education savings authority.#

  3. (2)

    “Commission” means the Georgia Student Finance Commission.#

  4. (3)

    “Director” means a member of the board of directors.#

  5. (4)

    “Education savings authority” means the Georgia Education Savings Authority created by this article.#
