21-2-1. Short title; references to Chapter 3 of Title 21 or the municipal election code.

(a)
This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Georgia Election Code.”#
(b)
References in general and local law to the “Georgia Municipal Election Code,” the “Municipal Election Code,” or “Chapter 3 of Title 21” shall be deemed to refer to this chapter.#
